CPU/Mobo Wierd Artifacts on my computer,, Gurus Help !!

try to keep desktop area at 1024 x 800.
also try enabling/ disabling graphics acceleration in troubleshoot in desktop properties > advanced

edit: hope you have disabled onboard graphics if not using that
 
Dude i am only using onboard gfx removed gfx card,

Rare chance that your gcard and onboard both went kaput ? Have you tried ubuntu on both gcard and onboard ? My bet is on your monitor having problems. Have you tried another monitor on your rig ? Try that ( i know u tested your monitor on your laptop, but still )
 
I will try to connect another monitor to the rig.

I tried ubuntu on both and it gives the same problem :(

Any chance of a processor failure giving such problems ?

This problem started when i was playing a game.

Highly doubt the processor, because in that case you won't have graphics problem alone.. but os/programs crashing all the time.
