Wierd controls in GTR 2 with Logitech Momo

I tried playing this game after a long time yesterday. My car kept understeering like crazy. The steering sensitivity is set to 100%. Deadzone to 0%. Something is wrong. what else can I do?
 
Hmm, brake early and don't enter corners too fast.
Understeer depends more on the driving style and car setup than the wheel itself.
 
Arrey, I know all that. I was a pro on the Monza track. But now, something isnt right. It wasnt like this earlier.

Earlier, I never had to rotate the steering wheel too much. Now, I almost have to cross my arms in Lesmo 2.
 
Did you reinstall the game? Are the driving assists settings the same as what they were the last time you played? And (stupid question) are you using a different car? :P

:rofl: I'm not that dumb. I agree I am susceptible to sporadic incidents of dumbness, but still....

It is the same car. I did reinstall the game. Driving assists are the same.
