I am looking to buy a usb wifi dongle or PCI wifi card, which should be dual-band and 5 dbi. Only decent brand is needed.

Why not just buy AC600 High gain from amazon? I think it's cheap enough for being Dual band and an external antenna. I use it personally and it's great.
