Wifi not working for Asus DSL N10-C1 in bridge mode

Hi,
I have been new to Asus world and I feel proud to be a part as I had always dreamed of it but finally I got a chance to be a part of it after I bought this adsl wireless router on 17th march.
I am in a deep deep trouble and it has been very pathetic for me as I am not able to configure and setup and use it.

I am using a bsnl broadband for almost 5-6 years and I have changed lot of modems but this is the first time I have opted for wireless modem+router so that I can use it in my smart phones through WiFi.

The device came with version 1.0.7.6but I have updated it to latest version 1.0.8.6.
I have always used my internet on PC on bridge mode so that I can connect internet as and when required through dialer.

But this case I did configure and setup the internet connection as popup screen came and it detected my connection and I had setup and internet was running awesome.
Then I connected my smart phone through WiFi and I could browse internet as well.

Now the thing comes setting up bridge mode. I went to the WAN tab and changed it to bridge mode and save it. then i created a dialer in my desktop, keyed in my user-id and password of bsnl and it is connected and I could browse the internet.
But but but!!!!! there was no internet access over my smart phones even after successful connection setup in my phones. but on opening any web page there was no internet access.

So in one line when it is created through default PPPoE, I can browse internet in my PC and WiFi devices but when I changed it to Bridge mode internet can only be access on my PC.
So please help me out of this as I am fed-up and I don want to be on loosing or embarrassing side on being a Asus's customer.

Yesterday I called for Asus support in the evening around 4pm and he helped me configuring same way but when coming to bridge mode I couldn't do so and dint even understand, so I setup bridge mode internet connection on my PC and explained him and he said he had arranged a call back today between 4-9 pm but I dint received such call back as It is already 9 pm and so I am here. So pls help me out.

1. On switching on my router i get this error -

2. On clicking that error I get this message in my browser -

3. But the above actually does not mean anything to me as I go to connecting my internet through that dialer (as am in bridge mode), it connects easily and I could browse internet on my PC. But below is the screenshot showing "disconnected" even if the internet is connected.

So now pls help me out to configure so that in bridge mode I can connect my smart phones though WiFi. I want bridge mode internet setup as it prevents from data being miss transferred as it is up to me when to connect internet.
