Wifi router urgent buying help!!!

Well may be buying one jus tommorow as sis has got an office lappy.....so urgently need to know which router to get

i have the following modem motorola sb 5100i........and might be buying linksys or netgear product...but have no idea abt routers......so any suggestion and how much will they cost???
 
yup most probably will buy linksys wrt54g....but most important to me is security since i m close to office range also my net is limit one..so need security stuff...so which is more better??netgear or linksys???
 
Buffalo Model number which I got is WHR-G54S, It costed me Rs. 2,170.
I have compared it with Netgear, but I dont know about linksys. I am told that buffalo is better than the others.
Funky and few others are using Buffalo, you can ask their experience
