Budget Above 25K Will 3g work on a t-mobile moto x on bsnl netwrok ??

Actively considering a moto x as my friend's going to US in feb and with the recent price cut of moto x to $$400 ( ard 25k).My only concern is whether the t mobile moto x (the only one that comes factory unlocked ?) will work on bsnl 3g network ?? As per the tech specs the t mobile version of moto x comes with the folloing bands :-
2G/3G/4G/LTE Capable
GSM (850, 900, 1800, 1900), UMTS (Bands I,II, IV, V, VIII)
4G LTE (Bands 2, 4, 17)

If i am not wrong bsnl and other cell carriers have a 2100 3g band
IF it doesn't work would just get the nexus 5.
