Will Beetel 450TC1 work with mtnl broadband

Hello frnds I m facing problem with my new beetel modem 450tc1.After configuring modem its dsl light keeps on blinking.I guess it should be permanently on.So guys I need ur suggestion to rectify this problem.
 
Err..blinking = data transmission = good thing. :)

The 'Internet' and 'LAN' LEDs will keep blinking due to the activity.

If you are able to surf the internet, don't worry about it.
