Will cooler master hyper 212 fit in a bijli?

I have a 18 month old E2180 @ 3000 1.36V(stock cooler) the idle temp is 43c at load like when i am playing COD:MW after 1/2 hr the temp shoot's to 60c and goes as high as 64c after a couple of hrs.Google say's the max this chip can take is 73c so i am kinda worried i may damage my cpu :(.So i wanna go for after marker cooler i could have have gone for it a long time ago but did not want to spend Rs 2000 for a Rs 3000 cpu :bleh:.

On orthos the max i can run the test is for like 5 mins then the temp tOuches 70c(Everest ultimate ).

My budget is max Rs 2000 which cooler you guys suggest i go for:huh:.

I am going to chennai tomorrow(100Kms from my place) to make the purchase please tell me the options available in chennai.I saw this collermaster hyper 212 and TX3 in delta are these good cooler's which one should i go for ?

Edit : i have a BIjli cabby :)
 
we dont really know wht a bijli cabinet specs are so we cant say abt the fitting.....but yes as far i know the hyper 212 is a good cooler and should meet your requirements so long as you dont plan 2 do anything 2 extreme

^ so your can get hyper 212 and remove the side panel and run it is enough for u :P

if u want to remove the side left panel ;) or u can option for cool master tx3 it is tiny can fix narrow close to side panel ;)
 
^^My house is surrounded by rice mill's ...lot of dust so i am kinda afraid to let the side panel open.Will the TX3 provide sufficient cooling to a E2180 at 3GHZ:huh:.

On stock cooler @ 3 ghz while gaming:

Idle = 44

Load= 64

But when i run Orthos for 5 mins the temp climbs to 70c after 5 mins.

What will the temps be on TX3???

I doubt it would be a problem even if you dont do anything at all
I ran a p4 at 75+ idle temp for 2+years(load temp would be close to 95), no damage, still going strong
 
go for cooler master tx3 cheaper than other options and enough for e2180...it will fit in ur cabby but u wont be able to install the fans on the side cover they will intefere with it..
 
^^Running at 95c :O.so you are saying my chip wont degrade :D?
what's the tjmax for the M0 E2180 Google does not give a confirmed answer
which is it is it 85C or 100C:huh:.

Gemini 2 looks very big and little bit expensive too.. will it even fit into my bijli ?

So i am in a fix now as i cannot afford a brand new cabby:( my options are:

1) Dump the hyper 212 plus and go for TX3

2) Buy the 212 and leave the side panel open (If i do this i will have to clean my pc every month by disassembling it is it recommended to take the pc apart to clean that often:huh: )

3) Go for something else but dont know what (Gemini 2 if it fits my cabby):no:.

I am confused which options to choose guys help me :P
 
^^Googled that cooler that is one HUGE cooler:ohyeah:.Looks like i will have to buy a couple of 120mm fans with it but it all adds up ...way over my budget:(.
I aslo googled hyper 212 anandtech says its a awesome cooler(rs650 more than tx3) and so i will go with it even if i had to keep the side panel open:D
 
Do one thing:

remove the processor, clean the old thermal paste and apply a thin layer of a good thermal paste. Also clean your heatsink and the fan. This will definitely reduce the temperature. Also you can leave your sidepanel open which will surely reduce the temperature - you need to clean off your PC every one or two weeks depending upon dust accumulation. Don't remove everything to clean your PC - remove the sidepanels and blow the dust off using a vacuum clean (be gentle).
 
^^Exactly. Dont waste good money on CPU cooler, when u dont need. Or get Cooler Master OEM Cooler @Rs 250. Seemed to reduce temps a bit.

I do that every 2 months(I use nano fusion) and i do not have a vaccum cleaner thats why i take the pc apart to clean it:(.

The thing is i am never able to stress test my E2180 due to lack of cooling.
If i run orthos for 5 mins temps shoot to 70c :no:.I dont think the Rs 250 cooler will be of much help:(.

Anyway i just bought the Hyper 212 from delta pheripherals for Rs 1900(is the price OK?).It took 10 mins to install the cooler and i have assembled the pc outside the cabby and running orthos right now:hap2:.

Initial observation E2180 @ 3000 (1.36v) running orthos 25 mins and counting:P

iDEL TEMP = 33c

lOAD TEMP = 49c

I think the cooler is doing its job:).

^ yes good price :P btw i bought hyper 212 from sethia for 2k

cause 100 extra buck i loan from him i paid 1k and advance 1k soon he said 100 buck if u want to lend more than 1 months :D

btw my ide on amd phenom under unlock x/4 3.5 ghz 36-39 *c depend on summer tem

and full loading is 45-65 *c depend on 3-4 hour heavy user :)
