90K+ Will I like macOS?

Overall, I can live with it for work. It's nice, gets the job done. Easier to work with than Windows since POSIX shell. My personal PC is Fedora+GNOME though. Can't beat that.
And... I was considering an M4 Mac Mini, but with all the recent stuff going on with Asahi Linux, it's not on my book for now. Though, it's really hard to beat that price for that machine, ngl.
Took a Mac mini m4 (used student discount from my neighbor kid)> 49K with base model.
It works 100 times fluid then my M2 Air.

Welcome to MacOS ecosystem. Install Homebrew for easy app installation. There are Maccy (clipboard), shottr (screenshot), Raycast, Keyboard maestro that could be very useful.
I've a work Mac you can try out, can't lend it out ofc since I do work on it. But feel free to try it out to get a feel. It's an M1 Air. I had M1 Pro, but I hated it.

I'll be back in Pune on 20th of Feb, so the weekend after that we can try meeting up if you want :)

MacOS has been kinda buggy for me though, but then again, I'm not a typical user, though I try to work with the OS/DE instead of forcing my own workflow onto it.

That aside, you can just install Hackintosh in a VM and try that out. Not sure if that project is still alive and kicking tho lol
hackintosh is alive.
