Will the rupee EVER recover?

As per my understanding of geoeconomics, Rupee may dip to 96 or there about. Than the question will flip on it's head. New question will be "Will dollar ever recover?"

Rupee will depreciate ~5% every year against US$.
This is the norm until US$ based global order is challenged.
