I have a PC with the following Config:

Intel P4 3.00 GHz HT
Intel 915 GAV MOBO
1 GB Hynix DDR Ram
6600 Non GT PCIE 128 MB Card
17" samsung 793 S Monitor

With the above config. can I play The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion smoothly?

Do not use vague words in your topic. Topics such as "help me" are often ignored by other members. Members are more likely to view a thread if the topic is more definitive and to the point. Members and Staff here want to help, but we can't if we are not lead to the thread as most members and staff are good in different aspects. Any new thread must have a title with relevant information to the topic you want to discuss. The name of a thread is just like the headline in a newspaper; it helps you to select threads personally relevant for you. Thread titles like 'looking for...' 'wtf', 'please read' or 'what's your opinion' are not allowed. Thread titles that use shock value or humor or any other attempt to get extra attention should be avoided.

no it cannot run it smoothly at anything above low settings @ 1024x768.

As usual, x1900 owns where it matters :P. The min fps of a single x1900 is higher than a pair of 7900gtx cards :).

I dont think that is correct.
It is the 7900GT (not gtx) sli setup that a sinlgle x1900xtx or xt would own. lol:D
(i.e accordin' to the above link)

I'm talking about the minimum frame rate not the average... Its the white bar inside the blue bar. Check that and you'll find what I said is true...
