Will this modem work with BSNL 3g sim ?

I wanted to buy huawei E1750 from ebay, and i found out this lowest price listing.
Huawei E1750 is for only 2490 here on ebay.

eBay India: Huawei E1750 3G usb modem Data Card 7.2Mbps HSUPA Model (item 200543220318 end time 21-Nov-2010 07:30:38 IST)

But i am not sure if this work with BSNL 3g as the bsnl employee was claiming that it wont with any outside modem and i have to buy it from them only.

Let me know if anyone already using it.

hi ganes it will work with bsnl 3g just as the seller himself claims you can replace it if it doesnt work??btw i was late in answering did you bought it already ???
