Windows win 10 error-- inaccessible boot media

Since past 3 days getting this error while booting into win 10 -- inaccessible boot media.

I havent added/removed any devices. Pc boots fine into other OS's (7 and xp)

CHkdsk and all is perfect.

What could have caused this issue ?

I dont wanna reinstall win10 as i got 60gb data in that and i tried repair /advanced troubleshoot n all shit but nothing worked.
 
Did it happen after the PC went into hibernation? I had a same problem and after searching found the problem with win 10 and hibernation. Finally I had to reinstall windows and bid farewell to Win 10.

Not exactly hibernation but win10 does creates hiberfil.sys file by default right for fast boot up.
 
Well I resolved the issue. It wasnt at all related to hibernate file etc.

My pc bios got auto reset last week and I did my usual settings and on that win xp and 7 worked.
But for win 10 I needed to alter a setting.

OnChip sata type should be set to Legacy IDE or AHCI.
Default was Native IDE and it only worked for WIn7/xp and not for 10.

When I set it to AHCI I was only be able to boot into Win10 and not in 7/xp.
Legacy IDE worked well for all flavors.

Hope these settings will help out to people suffering similar issue.
