Windows Win10 anniversary update v1607 ISO checksums?

I downloaded the Win10 US english x64 ISO (which has both Pro and Home in it) off links mentioned on official MS windows blog, where you go to "Get Windows 10" link then download the media creation tool to get the ISO.

My question is: what's the checksum (SHA-1 and/or SHA-256) of the ISO created/downloaded by the tool? It does not match the SHA-1 checksum mentioned on MSDN website so I'm guessing (hoping) the ISO may be updated since then.

The values I'm getting are as follows - can anyone else confirm?

SHA-1 : e53b1f0c0080d347f5f418e757d53c6175f09f02
SHA-256 : 1cd9dd818a8ab91493dcef6e3d67d853057e360a6985b3259de8cc8317781029

@ivhere looks like you got the same ISO that are also currently mentioned on MSDN site (same SHA1 checksum). did you use the ISO for update/install yet? do you know what build version exactly they are? 14393.x ? The ISO i downloaded turned out to be the first build 14393.0 and had to be updated to reach 14393.10

Sadly, before I could download the ISO, I had to restart my system and it upgraded to the 1607 version. Lost 2 hours of time. With Windows on a SSD. :banghead:

However, there are some small tweaks and etc, which look good. Speed too seems faster. Love the style of changing virtual desktops, mac like.

Just installed it and mine also have same build as you 14393.0.

Argh! Now I wonder what's the difference (assuming my download wasn't corrupted somewhat) between the MSDN ISO and the ISO I downloaded via Media Creation Tool.

@ivhere the link you downloaded from, was it direct ISO download or did you first download MediaCreationTool which "assembles" the ISO apparently?

Anyhows, I've installed fresh on one laptop and upgraded two desktops, things seem OK.[DOUBLEPOST=1470305822][/DOUBLEPOST]UPDATE: Well, I should really learn to google better - apparently the MCT tool does "assemble" the ISO and the timestamps are updated hence every download via this will have different checksums and wont match with others. I guess it also verifies the integrity of the files.

Nice find didnt know this .
My build ID is 14393.10
Same here, the update is pretty nice .

My experience - initially there was a massive lag with the system, now it seems sorted out. Still see some stuff like Word and Excel hanging.[DOUBLEPOST=1470337740][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, seems like sticky notes got cloud sync? Now that is one feature worth upgrading all my personal devices for.
