I'm trying to get win7 32 bit working on a dg965 board, which I plan to use as a backup machine. The setup gets stuck at around 30%, then gives an error saying some files cannot be copied and setup cannot continue.
I then tried installing from a pen drive to rule out a bad dvd, but got the same error. I then downloaded the iso again, but with same results.
Then I tried the x64 version, and it installed without any problems. To check the x86 iso, I installed it on my main pc (m3a78-em), and was successful. Then I put that hdd into the backup PC and booted, and got an error saying windows cannot start, and gave me an option to repair. I told it to repair itself, and it was busy for 10-15 minutes, then it gave up.
Why?
