Win7 install hanging at loading disk.sys

Guys,

I am stuck at this part of loading disk.sys .

Any help.

I am using gigabyte 880ga ud3h, seaget 160 gb and athlon II X4 635.

Its stuck at loading disk. Sys when I go into safe mode.

What do I do?

I did try using windows 8 USB installer.

It crashed with buffer stack over ran error.

Google not helping much.

Help me.

Have you tried changing the Installation media for Windows 7??

i tried original microsoft dvd,new fresh made usb installer.two different hard disks,all 6 ports of motherboard.

all possible permutations and combinations.

but no help.

from my experience this type of error is mainly cause by memory allocation error or Ram error, try changing memory and do it again..

I did set memory as per Kingston recommended settings.but still no luck.

I will post screen shot of BIOS.
