Dunno why i like winamp very much but as my collection grew 5000+ songs i found it difficult to manage with winamp as of now fb2k rocks to me :)
 
seems to be sm problems with this version...
its taking time to start and hangs while starting..
anyone facing the same?
 
Winamp has become the "skeleton" of a software after it's original team got dismantled.

hmm..... 5.09 release. Let's see how stable this version turns out to be, eventually.

Its confirmed now...
winamp tries to connect to sm server while loading and this results in slow startup unless u use high speed internet access. if u try to block winamp with firewall, it crashes.

a fix for this is on its way...looking forward to 5.09a soon. :)
