Laptops Windows 11 machine visibility issue

I'm attaching the network map below to keep my query short. No Windows or Linux device is able to "see" my Windows 11 laptop except the ESExplorer on my Android phone and that too if I manually add it. The shares of the Windows 11 machine aren't accessible or viewable by VLC on any Android device of the XBOX. It's like everyone else can see everyone else but not the Windows 11 machine. I have made it visible across Private networks, allowed "Everyone" full access to its shares, turned ON Network Discovery and NFS Tools and even that NetBIOS thing but to no avail. What could be the problem here? nmap.jpeg
 
See if the Windows 11 laptop is behind another NAT. The devices outside won't be able to access it if that's the case.

Try connecting the Windows 11 laptop directly to Airtel ONT and see if other devices can detect it.
 
Check your network isn't set public on windows 11.

Make sure tplink ADSL router doesn't have its own DHCP server, is in repeater mode and doesn't have node isolation on.

Ping your win 11 from other machines first.

The wireless access point that Win 11 laptop uses, and the XBOX uses is same. Network diagnostic on XBOX does says it's behind Double NAT. How to rectify this? Firewall and Workgroup settings are OK. All the routers are set in Repeater mode as RPi is running Pihole for the entire network by functioning as Primary DNS from Airtel ONT. Win 11 machine is visible as UPNP server on other devices but the network shares on it are not visible. Moreover, if the Win 11 machine switches to 5GHz AP then it becomes inaccessible by even Android devices
Edit:- Doing a tracert doesn't shows Double NAT
