Windows 2003 Server Installation using USB

Guys anyone have an idea on how to install Windows 2003 server using usb? I have tried using WintoFlash and copying the installar to usb. It works but I cant see my HDD listed as the parition to be used for install. I even slipstreamed the generic ATA drivers from here:

http://alter.org.ua/en/soft/win/uni_ata/

Still no change. Anyone has an idea how to do this?

Is there a way to run the installation from within Windows? I am ready to install it to another drive if required.
