i want to upgrade my window os 6.1 to window 6.5 or window7 ... please suggest me from where i can get the ROM and complete procedure to upgrade the phone.

You cannot have windows 7 on B7610 or any phone which is WM6.5 series.

You can head over to modaco forums for roms on B7610. Get the ROMs from the chef called Daskalos
