Windows 7 Display problem

I dont know what happened but my screen auto adjusted itself and the screen is looking Shi**y (Attached thumbnail) . My screen resolution is 1600x900 and colors and font looked crisp before now its like i am on a 800 x 600 resolution.

You should take a pic on digicam and attach that one probably...

Try changing Windows 7 desktop settings (right click desktop, click personalize, change resolution there)...

Reinstall graphics drivers too?
 
I too bet on the drivers. And if you're using nvidia drivers; newer is not always better.

A couple of years back, there was a trojan that wouldn't allow you to move beyond a certain resolution. Just so that you know
