Storage Solutions Windows 7 : multiple hdd's not working

I recently installed Windows 7 on my Dell Studio 15. Today i tried to connect a WD passport and WD MyBook together on the laptop but only 1 of the 2 show up in the explorer.
Both drives show up in the device manager but i can access only 1 of them.

Any ideas how to trouble shoot or what to do?
 
did you tried them via Computer Management?

You might need to initialise there.

Also is your usb powering sufficiently?
 
Well the WD passport works in all 3 usb ports (without the MyBook connected). Same goes for the WD MyBook.

Only when they are connected together, the 1 which is connected first works. Both drives work fine together on another laptop, so u dont think i need to initialize either but i'll try looking under computer management.

Edit : Both drives are working now. I unistalled the bluetooth drivers which i knew were buggy from the begining. Now i have to see if the bluetooth is going to work
