Folks,
I have a system with Windows 7 and ATI Radeon HD 5850 installed. A few days back when I booted my PC everything went on fine and suddenly the desktop after it loaded started painting and repainting itself. The mouse could barely be used. After many unsuccessful attempts, I started the PC in the safe mode and everything worked fine. Then the problem returned in the normal mode, when the graphics driver kicked in. Now I have reinstalled and using the system without the graphics driver and everything works fine. but not with the driver installed. Has anyone faced this issue? Can someone help me solve this? Thanks.
