Laptops windows 7 query ?

i got a dell studio 15 in march. now they have started giving win 7 with the same. i want to know if i can pay some amount and get OG copy of win 7 myself. i dont think i am eligible cuz i think its only for people who got their lappies under 6 months, though if anyone has more info on the same. kindly let me know thanks.
 
yea thats true is only for the people who bought after june 25th, so by normal rules and legal ways its not possible, if u have some jack or know someone may be he do it. otherwise no chance live with vista
