I think with windows update the important updates are already integrated to the windows.

Genuine software = peace of mind

For those who are using preloaded windows 7 (like me) it will be PITA to install OS again.

Because my system hidden Windows 7 copy will be redundant.

And need to activate (using phone/internet).

well, installed on both lappie and desktop, running okay, seems like the real deal. but takes quite some time for installing sp1 ~ 15min.
