Windows 7 Tweaks

guys need some help here...

I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate on a machine which runs with a AMD Turion x64, 1.5GB Ram & 120GB HDD..

are there any Tweaks for Windows 7 to make run a bit faster.. like disabling any Services or disabling any features or removing preinstalled apps ?
