Windows 7 build 7048 x64

This has happened with me 2 times now.

1st I loaded few days back & it was working fine for 3 days then I activated using my key & after 1 day it refused to boot up, I ran the repair option & get message that windows is not able to repair.

So I reinstalled it again this time I did not activate till 15 days it worked fine, yesterday I activated it & today in the evening its now not booting up, I guess it wont even repair as it happened last time.

What could cause this problem?

It boots fine & then says Starting windows & reboots , this happens in a loop, is it some mbr issue or boot.ini file creating some problem.

Maybe coz 7048 isn't official release? Just avoid activating it, you can use it for 30 days maybe

but that's Made for windows 7 build 6.1.7000.0 will it work now when I am not even able to boot, or do I have to install again &then use it?

As far as I remember its for all versions of windows 7. And yes I believe you gotta reinstall or maybe safe mode if possible.

Yes bro ur rite..It will work and it is for all versions of windows 7.

:D

seems some other issue in my case, the partition I had win7 is not showing me as regular I cant access it via window explorer.

Right click > properties show it as Raw partition with 0 byte space on it, but for sure the data is there, maybe I need to do some recovery of the data. Seems my1.5TB seagate is heading for RMA

Though I am still wondering why does it happen only after I activated win7?
