Windows 8.1 Network Sharing Issue

I have a laptop of dell and i want to insert a data from my computer as it has an operating system of windows 8.1 but still m unable to see any folder of my laptop in my system so for evidence, sending screen shot. Kindly suggest me better.
 
Be precise and clear as to what exactly you are trying to do? Your query itself sounds confusing.
Title says networking issue and you describe inserting some data. What that?

Go to PC, network settings n create home group user. Set password and remember it. Now right click the folders u want to share on our network and select home group read/write under sharing option. Go to laptop, and join home group from network settings and punch in the password. After this u will be able to see shared folder in network places
