is the key sealed ??
how can i be sure u have not used the key anywhere else??
i have read somewhere that Microsoft allows the same key to be used on 3 different systems/hardware after which there are activation issues.
 
Don't worry man, key is sealed with sticker (i have to break the seal to see the key). If the key didn't work on your PC for any reason i will refund your money. BTW i got this directly from Microsoft (Redmond).

It seems weird that you don't have an invoice as anything bought in the U.S. through e-commerce has at least a digital invoice. Also, I believe Microsoft sells a student version of the OS for $80 which is much less that what you're currently selling it at. How can one know if this not a student copy? Both normal and a student copy do not have any different branding on them.
