I had purchased Via Dream spark windows 8.1 key ,now i have switched laptops and now i want to install it in my new laptop . Where can i get the download link for Untouched ISO for windows 8.1 which will work with that dream spark key? . Microsoft was least helpful in this case

I don't know if the key you have will work on the new laptop too. But, you can download Windows 8.1 by downloading and running the Media Creation Tool offered by Microsoft. You can read the instructions, and download here:
