That is pretty much it, willing to spend about Rs. 30k. The selection of Windows tablets in India is very poor, so I am hoping there would be some people who might be willing to sell tablets acquired elsewhere.

Would also consider a 10 inch Android / Windows RT / iPad if it is in excellent condition, but there is one app which only works on Windows desktop, so I am a bit hesitant for those.
