how to set the homepage as speed dial?

go to tools (ALT+ X) -> Internet options -> general tab
Under homepage delete existing & write about:Tabs & click ok

^^ you can also do it like in ie8, just keep the command bar & change your homepage.

Actually, Microsoft are using IE9 to force users to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7. :-/

AFAIK, there is no way because most of the time people go other way round, i.e. importing from IE to Firefox.

You can use Password Exporter add-on to export passwords to a HTML/CSV file, but I do not know how to import that data in IE. :ashamed:

Do this just once, it might be a time consuming task but it will solve the problem forever. Download an app called Lastpass and it will the install extension for firefox, IE and Chrome. Add all your passwords to Lastpass and thats it. You will have all your passwords synced to all your browsers plus backed up to their servers all for free.

(See if you can directly import that CSV, HTML file explained above into Lastpass otherwise doing it manually might be a n awfully long task but its totally worth it)
