Hi, guys i cant see any video when im playing on windows media player 11 .. All i see is visualisations i cant understand why its happening ive tried everything without any sucess so somebody said ask the smart people @ techenclave and here i am ..hyeah: hyeah:

Do mpeg files play properly on WMP?

As for other files, you need to install a codec pack for loading codecs in your system. Install CCCP for that purpose

Can u tell me where i can get them from no video files are playing at all ....

WMP is showing u visualizations coz it is not able to find any codecs for decoding the files u are playing like DivX etc.

I prefer k-lite codec pack for the codec thingy. U can select whatever u want and leave the rest. And be assured that after u install this codec pack, everythng will play and u will forget d damn visualizations...:bleh:

+1 to installing the primary CODEC packs...

CCCP,K-lite etc..

But if your player isn't playing the standard wmv files , you better re-install...

Re installing did the trick thanks as i already had k lite codecs on dint know the rest were the same pack
