windows pc giving problem

Sorry if posted in wrong forum
whenever I click on anything disk usage goes 100%. it is staying around 100% mostly and pc hangs mouse cursor moving but not doing anything. Is it ssd failing or windows 11 problem.
i3-12100
asrock h610
8gb ddr4 3000
Samsung sata ssd

Change the ssd and check once
If problem continues re install windows

the problem is I don't have spare storage
I have to wait one two minutes after every click to do its function and if I do 2-3 clicks it needs to be forced restart by pressing the power button

Reinstall Windows from the BIOS and, if feasible, clear the entire storage.
It is most likely corrupted windows

I restored windows from last 2 update and it seems to solved it
