Windows Server 2003 x64 Installation problem

Well, i used a fresh 40 GB SATA HDD, to install Windows Server 2003 x64,
I get the blue screen of death about Checking the Hard Disk for Viruses..
use chkdsk /f .. I tried that buy booting it with the current hard disk .. still same error..
Im off the get the HDD replaced today... Lets see....

Any idea what the problem is really?
 
the solution seems to be weird, but folks have had bsod install problems with xp x64 too.

1. load bios defaults, no oc :( see if that helps.
2. it can be your ram, try with single stick or try changing the rams.

lets take it from there :(
