Windows User Rights Issue

I have windows 2003 File Server where i have given write access to the share folder for all users but removed deletion right

Problem:

1) Through Windows Client Os i am able to over write files and folders but cant delete it

2) Through Mac Os i am not able to over write files and folders for saving i have to use "save as" option for saving files or rename the file and save it on the file server but not able to delete it as windows

Any solution for this

Is services for unix installed on your windows 2003 server? If not install it that should help you.
