windows vista grub corrupted. Please help.

Guys help

I have phenom 2 x4 940 with gigabyte 780G mobo ad segate 1tb had. I am using windows vista ultimate.

My partitions are of sze 4*240 GB. So today I decided to change the partition size using Easeus Partition Manager . It completed successfully and I change the drive letters from d to h. After I restarted,vista fails to load and it took me to the grub command prompt.

1) I tried reseting the bios and it doesnt work.

2) I tried new installation of vista and completed succesfully. But during first welcome screen it automatically restarted and failed to load again as before.

3) I tried with XP and it doesn't even pass installation screen.

4) I checked for errors using vista tools in DVD and no errors detected.
EDIT: My hard drive is not getting detected during installation guys. Pl help me..
Please help me out guys. its urgent
 
Did you resize your Vista partition? Splitting the partition probably changed the numbering of the other partitions. The MBR bootloader looks for the configuration file in the windows partition, that probably became the second one after this operation.

Have you tried fixboot and fixmbr? Give the Vista recovery DVD a try as well.
