do you have sensitive data on your computer?
then get an external hard disk and a linux live cd.

boot the live cd and copy all required data, and reformat and install windows 7

hi

Thanks for the reply.I have lots of sensitive data, reports ,projects. So i can't format the hdd.Where can i get the linux lice cd?

yeah, that seems to be the best solution right now. Backup all your data on a portable hdd using any LINUX live boot and then install a fresh copy of windows 7.
