windows xp ctrl-alt-del function

I have windows xp pro installed on my pc.The problem is when i press ctrl-alt-del it brings up a windows security screen (similar to win 2000) where there are options like logoff,taskmanager,shutdown,etc.I do not want this screen to come up i want directly the task manager to come up on pressing ctrl alt del.
Also the shutdown windows is like win 2000 i want to remove that too.
 
go to control panel and click on "user accounts" . there click on "change the way users log on or log" off and check "use the welcome screen"
