I am planning to connect 2 computers to a hub. I want to ask is it possible to access the internet in 2nd computer with the 1st computer turn off ?

Please specify internet connection type (normal dialup or broadband).
For only 2 computers, why hub ?

U can use broadband via hub.

i use pppoe dailer to connect
