HI Guys,

I have to give a presentation this Sat on the Working of a Set Top Box for a Subject namely Embedded System Design/Hw-S/w co-design.

Need a lot of help from you all on this.

Just managed to get a raw Block diagram on google.

But need to explain the working of each and every block and the working of the STb in detail.
Also have to mention which part of the STB is better designed in S/W and which in H/w.
Hope am not boring yu guys. Please dont block me in TE :)

what exactly do you want us to clarify ?

EDIT: thats IC is just a clock source :P , and that pic is just a subsection of an STB!
 
oh..ok

for starters is there a link for a complete block diag of a set top box with the working of each block explained in detail
