90K+ Workstation Laptop suggestions

A friend has joined a designing startup and need a workstation laptop. Present needs are photo editing and vector designing. But he also plans to move into video editing in near future. All these using standard Adobe tools ... PS,IL,ID for now .. AE,PR in future.

Models looked up so far
- HP ZBOOK G15 SKU - 4SQ71PA - i7-8850h, 16GB x1 , Nvidia quadro p600 2gb - 1.46L
- Dell Precision 7540 ( not sure if it has variants in budget)
- Lenovo ThinkPad P1


Budget is desired upto 1.25L. Can extend to 1.5L. Will buy using EMI (so if any offers please suggest)


* To reduce price , if required
-- drop ssd, can buy aftermarket
-- drop windows pro license, have one spare (. Dell actually saves 13000 for win 10 x64 license)
-- any other suggestions

Will prefer durability and good a.s.s.

May be not at the time of purchase, but having one empty slot for future expansion would be good to have.

I also checked MSI WS65 series. However not sure of durability.
