Budget 31-40k Worthwhile Configuration?

I'm travelling to the US and am getting what looks to be a fantastic deal on a Dell Inspiron 15R Special Edition laptop. The specs are below, the price I am getting is 699$ (~40K).

While I've ordered it, it just looks too juicy to be true, am I missing anything here? Also, wanted to check if anyone has actual experience of availing the Dell warranty in India?

Dell doesn't have international warranty from what I know. I ordered my studio XPS 16 from the US three years back. I enquired then. dunno if rules have changed. You have to pay extra for international warranty I believe.

I repeat... Am not updated on the current scenario.

P.S. Sweet deal. you get somewhat similar ones on lenovo US with students discount.
