My budget is severely crippled else I'd have loved to go for a higher end PSU. I guess I'll save bucks by going for Zebronics 450w and add the saved dough to get me a new trasnsparent panel cabinet.
 
Your decision but the Zebronics will not be able to provide you stable voltages on 12v and 5v line as like Antec.
 
dude i also have an gf4ti 4200 n vip350 watts its sufficient coz ma friend is already running gf6600 n 2sata hdd's n 1optical drive an has p4 541+915P asus +1gb ram+2 color fans 80mm.

@Argus... Darky's PSU is the best bet... look no further... Its a Smart Power 400 with Dual rails... Definately better of the lot... 500 Extra but worth it...
 
Received a well packed Gfx card yesterday from Bottle, I found him to be a very nice and heplful person. Anish is expected to ship the PSU today. After having talked to him on phone I feel I can close my eyes and trust him.

Mods, my first thread on TE has served its purpose. TE rocks :clap:
