WTB: AMD Socket 754 CPU

I am in need an AMD Socket 754 CPU. Have a K8V-VM Ultra motherboard of my friend whose CPU is Dead and AMD wouldn't take it back cause it does not carry any warranty.
So if anyone willing to sell a compatible CPU kindly contact me asap as the requirement is quite urgent.
