WTB the following stuff

AMD x2 processor with mobo
1gig ram ddr / ddr2 depends on the mobo
17 / 19 inch lcd monitor
pci exp gfx card
cabinet and psu (powersafe or some other brand not very expensive)
keybd and optical mouse

120 / 160 GB HDD
budget is around 18K (can increase depending around product)
