May be not exactly this model, but it will be with 939 socket, in-build 'everything' including G6150 on-board VGA, PCI-Ex slot, SATA 2 etc..... and VISTA compatible.

I wanted this board coz i did not want to part with my 6800 which is an AGP :( (its just a few months old) . thanx though :) and if u can arrange this board for 2.5k tell me :) i will buy it instantly ;)
