WTB:Cheap tablet. Need advice

Hi,

I would like to buy a very cheap tablet to gift someone. I need it to have the following things:-

• 7 inch screen. Nothing greater than 7 inch. Something smaller than 7 inch will do
  
• atleast 256/512 MB ram and 800/1000 mhz cpu for smooth performance
  
• capacitive touchscreen - mandatory
  
• ability to play movies/videos in all formats
  
• Custom rom support would be welcome - CM7 or MIUI, etc
  
• EDGE/GPRS/3G support would be nice as well
  
• Budget Rs.5000 - Rs.6000
  

I would like to buy it locally/online (shopping sites in India). I need to gift it by the 20th of March.

Please suggest something appropriate.

Or see if you can wait for the XTab A10. at 5.5k, it would fit best for you. Veedee is good, but i HATE that logo on top !
