WTB: Cheapest PCI-E gpu

Hi.

Need a pci-e graphics card - not for gaming, not for hd video rendering or anything specific. It just needs to power a Dell 19WFP for sometime. So need it to be as cheap as possible.

Saving to get something powerful, so need a temporary card which will go with my monitor (if you have one lying around in dust you can send it to me too, i will pay the shipping charges :p)

I've got a Palit 7100gs 256mb for sale, only about 3months old with 3 years warranty, got Dvi, D-Sub and S-video out connectors ... had bought it from rahul (theitwarez) let me know if intrested
