If you're building a download rig I have an amd athlon 3000+, an MSI k8ngm2 and 512 *2 ddr 400. The RAM an processor I know work perfectly. The board I'm not sure because I never tested it after it came back from RMA (I'd already bought a new HTPC).

You can have all of them for 2k with generous testing warranty for the board. I'm from Mumbai so there'll be no courier hassles. PM me if interested.
